When I got a request to do a pink nail tutorial, I new this would be perfect. It's simple, only requires two polishes, a dotting tool/bobby pin and some tape. Of course, I use a base coat and top coat.

I love this and want to try it soon! I don't have a dotter or any other nail art tools but I'll try it. Oh my, how about black and white dots! Green on yellow? This can be really creative.
