This is my morning breakfast smoothie. If you want to use this as a meal replacement, add some protein powder to the mix.
♥ 1/2 cup frozen mango and pineapples
♥ 1/2 - 3/4 cup frozen strawberries
♥ 2 tbls simple syrup (or 1 tbls granulated sugar)
♥ 1/2 frozen banana
♥ 1/2 cup of low fat vanilla yogurt
♥ 1 cup of orange juice
Blend all together in a blender
Makes approximately 20oz.
