I wanted to do Halloween nails so much sooner, but I never got the chance as my new work schedule never gave me time to film. So I have been rushing to get these done. This is the first of three.
I am still working on my nail skills, so these three tutorials aren't the best quality, but they are cute nonetheless. If I can do it... anyone can do it!!!
