Ever since I got my very first Circus nail polish in my MyGlam bag, I have always planned on doing a nail tutorial each month featuring the polish. This is the last free one we'll get from our, now called, Ipsy bags.
I received Tight Rope and had been trying to think of what I would do next, and after mulling it over, this is what I came up with. Hope you enjoy!
